• Storage Fees: Based on the amount of inventory stored in our fulfillment centers.
• Fulfillment Fees: Based on order volume and services rendered (e.g., picking, packing, and shipping).
• Shipping Fees: Based on the carrier and shipping method selected.

Payments are due as specified in your service agreement. A 4% convenience fee will be applied to all payments made by credit card. Additional fees may include:

• Rush Order Fees: For expedited or priority order fulfillment.
• Special Handling Fees: For fragile or oversized items that require extra care.
• Account Reactivation Fees: In case of service suspension due to non-payment.

Please refer to our Pricing Page for full details on all applicable fees and pricing structures. Late payments may incur additional fees, and we reserve the right to suspend services for unpaid accounts.

6. Order Fulfillment

FastTrackFulfill will process and fulfill your orders as specified in your service agreement. We strive to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment; however, we are not responsible for delays or errors caused by:

• Incorrect shipping information provided by the client or customer.
• Carrier delays or errors.
• Events outside of our control, such as natural disasters or strikes.

7. Shipping and Delivery

FastTrackFulfill works with third-party carriers to ship your products. While we make every effort to ensure on-time delivery, shipping times are estimates, and we are not liable for delays caused by carriers. All shipping costs will be invoiced as part of your monthly billing.

8. Inventory Management

You are responsible for maintaining adequate inventory levels to fulfill orders. FastTrackFulfill will notify you when inventory levels are low, but we are not liable for stockouts or any damages arising from insufficient inventory.

We take care in handling your products; however, in the event of loss or damage, our liability is limited to the value of the goods in question as specified in your service agreement.

You may cancel your account or service agreement at any time by providing written notice. Please note that cancellation does not relieve you of any outstanding payment obligations. FastTrackFulfill is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of our services or the website. Our total liability is limited to the amount you have paid for services in the three months prior to the incident in question.
